Shipping and Delivery Information

Your order will be received (if placed before 1pm Pacific Standard Time) **Additional shipping fee's will be applied to up graded shipping call or e-mail for exact quote. Your expedited order may be shipped by UPS. Prices are figured using the current UPS rate based on the weight of the order. Orders placed by 2 pm PST Monday - Friday will be shipped out the same day, pending credit card authorization. Any order placed after 2 pm PST Monday - Friday will be shipped the next business day. Orders placed over a weekend will be shipped the following business day. Delivery times do not include weekend days or holidays. Saturday deliveries are available in some areas for an increased shipping charge with Next Day Air shipping only. If interested in a Saturday delivery, please contact us at 1-800-541-3708. The average order up to 10 pounds range can cost from $25.00 - $150.00 per box in addition to your regular shipping charges.

Orders are generally sent by UPS ground and can take up to 7 business days for delivery. Additional shipping charges will be applied when Priority Mail is requested (use the "Comments" section of the Customer Information page).

International Orders- The cost of shipping international orders is determined by weight of the package and shipping destination. We ship international packages US Postal Service Express Mail. We can ship UPS at customer request. Please e-mail or call for more accurate shipping cost.

Duty Charges- Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes. International customers are responsible for all duties and/or taxes when your package arrives. Please check with local authorities for more information.
